- Prices do not include GST
- Check-in and check-out are arranged at the time of reservation
- Deposits: A 25% deposit is normally required at the time
of reservation. The deposit can be made by credit card over the
phone, or by sending in a cheque or money order to “Hotsprings
Valley Retreat”, and addressed as above.
- Payments: Full payment for facility rentals is required
at the time of check-in. Additional costs that were not anticipated
are paid for at the time of check-out.
- Cancellations: Unless we arrange otherwise in writing
at the time of your booking, our standard policy for cancellations
is as follows:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the date
of arrival shall receive a full refund
- Cancellations
made between 15 and 30 days in advance of the date of arrival
shall receive a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee (calculated
only on cabin or hall rental, and does not include food,
equipment, or other rental)
- Cancellations made
5 to 14 days in advance of the date of arrival are subject
to a 20% cancellation fee (calculated only on cabin or hall
rental, and does not include food, equipment, or other rental)
- Cancellations made 2 to 4 days in advance of the date of
arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee calculated
on cabin or hall rental, and a 30% cancellation fee on the
food contract
- Cancellations
made on the same day as the date of arrival require full
payment on both the cabin and/or hall as well as 100% on
the food contract
- Contact us as soon as possible in the event of a possible
cancellation.
- We are a non-smoking facility. Due to risk of forest
fire in our dry summers, and the extensive wood and fabric construction
and materials, smoking is only allowed in approved locations,
depending on the time of year. Please ask us at the time of your
reservation or check-in.
- Risk & Liability Waivers: Certain activities may
require guests signing a waiver. At the time of reservation,
please discuss the nature of activities planned, so that we may
be able to advise you of any restrictions or waivers required
